Well, what a sporting day. Huge Dogs win, Wolves pretty much lock up 7th with a win over Fulham and as an added bonus Cardiff are relegated. **** off Warnock, ya wanker.

Now you want to rely on the Brodge....all the best for the next week, although I’d prefer if Liverpool were going to win the Prem for it not to be Wolves on all the highlights on the final day, so forgive me if I don’t barrack too hard for a Pool win.

That’s ok mate it looks like you won’t be alone there. I don’t think anyone but Pool supporters will be going for us. To be honest playing Wolves in the last even at Anfield is as hard as it gets without even considering the Barca second leg in between. But we are in with a shot and we now know we have pushed the best side the comp has ever seen right till the last day.

Congratulations on an awesome year and the excitement next season brings.

Now you are getting delusional. City are nowhere near being the best side the competition has seen. Otherwise they would have gone through a season undefeated, but they haven't. That's what the truly great sides do, they don't ever lose. It's not easy going the whole season without losing, that's why we reserve the 'greatest ever' titles for teams that actually do it.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Yep. 04 Chelsea(concedeing 15 goals and 1 defeat) and the United treble side(league and UCL) are also recent sides that were better.

                Preston NE in 1883!

I've read a lot about that Preston side. The manager Sudell was an...ummm interesting guy. He ended up living in South Africa.

Amazing to think this is how much Liverpool will probably lose the league by. Heart breaking.

Have to say, Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man U have all done there best not to finish top 4. Man U have managed it and barring a calamity at Everton Spurs willscrape in. Not bad for a team that spent zilch on players this year.

City won the league by 20 odd last season and without us are 20 odd in front again. If you put your undefeated season in the table you would be lucky to make the top 4. We’ve lost once and probably won’t win the title.

Excuse my ignorance but why doesn't a team just park the bus against Man City and scrap out a draw?

What’s with the insults? Liverpool this season are already ahead of United’s best EVER side and that was before last game? It’s a different era one which is incredibly harder than ever. The bottom side can beat the top on its day, in the past it would never happen. It’s like saying Collingwood’s team in the 40’s would beat the best now.
