    Australia v India Test Series 2024/25

    India have won the toss and will bat. Ashwin and Jadeja miss out, India go with 4 quicks (2 of them debutants) and 1 spinner in Washington Sundar.

          India 4/51 at lunch. Looked a typical Perth wicket from the little I saw, fast and bouncy. We could be batting tonight.

          Kohli's lean run continues. Amazingly of his 29 test centuries only 2 have come in the past 5 years.

              Kohli's done - he has been a liability for 2 years.

              India have really missed Pujara the last couple of years. He was the glue that kept the batting line-up together and also allowed the likes of Pant to cash in against tired bowlers.

                  Kohli?s average is going to plummet this series.

                  On paper, this would be the weakest Indian test team for 10+ years. Shocking. I expect this game to be over in 3.5 days
                  I will never see #16 the same!!

                      As I understand it that they just haven't been selecting Pujara, he's not retired. Difficult to understand given how hard he has been to dismiss here in the past and how young and inexperienced their batting lineup is.

                                      Odds on at this rate. The pitch seems ok enough, but 13/169 so far is crazy.
