Saw a tweet that said that Premier League clubs have spent £1.3 billion in this transfer window. The league with the next biggest spend is La Liga with £55 million.

Teams being left behind too. Leicester for eg. Probably should've moved on Maddison even though he's their best and brought in some others.

Well we certainly helped spending £250m. I am shocked tbh as I thought our huge spending days were gone with Roman being stripped of the club.

But Boehly said hold my beer.

Can't complain though, we signed some pretty good footballers.

Pretty sure FFP is on hold because of Covid so that coupled with the EPL TV money(that dwarfs every other league) is why our league went bang and spent a fortune.
