Last week somebody said that as far as the EPL title is concerned the two Manchester clubs will disappear over the horizon and battle the title between them. Effectively the rest of us are playing for spots 3/4 and a place in Europe. That makes sense to me and puts the season in context.
God dont confuse Wet Spam with Tottenham.

Yeah because Chelsea are poorly run and managed and Arsenal refuse to spend money on anything other than wages.

Tracking back more leads to attacking players being tired and less threatening.

Striker, CM, defensive leader. Possibly a new GK too.
Fair enough, we will have to agree to disagree on that. Our major problem ATM is our double pivot(essien falling to pieces and Romeu not coming on has hurt) IMO, which once fixed will allow our attacking players to be more attacking(but they still need someone in front of them capable of finishing what they set up).

We do need a striker(plus Lukaku back from loan to play off the bench and for the cup games) which hopefully will get fixed in January, CM shouldn't be a problem when De Bruyne(who's been cutting it up in the Bundesliga) returns plus Ramires returning to his rightful place there once we get a decent DM and then there is Oscar. Terry was always going to leave a huge hole while he's out and we have a season or two to try and replace him which won't be easy.

Not sure what your getting at about the GK as Cech is as good as any going around(and has been in career best form since he's gotten over that serious head injury that he had) and our number 2 is currently is Athelico Madrid's number 1 and is a very good keeper already.

Plus take Terry, Lampard and Drogba out of Chelsea and you have a team that's a shadow of it's self. We are still in the middle of a major rebuild which is going to take a couple more tranfer windows to finish.

Me too, should be a cracker. Hoping for a draw.

Good win over night by the Chels, if Rafa can unlock Torres(he even took a penalty which is something I thought I would never see, the confidence is coming back) he's a fair chance to keep his job for next season too.

Off to Japan now for a crack at the World Club Cup.

Just imagined the reaction if that first Arse penalty had been given at a certain venue
Even the second West Brom should have had a free kick before the penalty.

Manchester City fans are a disgrace & I hope the book gets thrown at them. Dock the club 10 points! Throwing coins, could easily take an eye out!

                      United win 3-2.

Absolutely disgraceful ... Such a shame that's how that game will be remembered.

What a game. What an ending. Probably just considering the Young non-goal and instant reply from Yaya Toure.

What a cracker in the end. In all honesty United should have been 4-1(it's a bit strange seeing United not getting the rub of the green) up after 70 minutes and the game would have been over.

Hopefully they catch the pricks who threw the coins throughout the match. What an animal house the Etihad is when Citeh are losing.

Still plenty of twists and turns yet.

Great win by us against Man City. Didn't watch the game but from what some posters have said it must of been a cracker. That puts us 6 points clear at the top now.
