Huge result, with City getting a point .
Villa are in a world of pain, apparently Paul Lambert has got the support of the board!
Great point for Wigan coming from 2 down at Stoke.

      Results this morning:

      Arsenal 2 - Liverpool 2
      Reading 2 - Chelsea 2
      Man Utd 2 - Southampton 1
      Fulham 3 - West Ham 1
      Everton 2 - West Brom 1
      Norwich 1 - Tottenham 1

Both Arsenal and Reading came from two goals down to draw. Reading scored the equaliser in the last minute of injury time.

Man Utd open up a 7 point gap at the top of the table. Reading move out of the relegation zone (on goal difference).

        Vital win for United.
Not a great performance, but job done.
Great from Reading, showing great fighting qualities again .
Liverpool would take a draw at Arsenal beforehand , but 2 nil up wouldn't think so.
Moyes doing a great Job at Everton.
Tottenham should be beating Norwich , who are on a poor run of form.
        Great goal from Baile

Thanks for updating the results whythelongface. I didn't watch the Man Utd game but sounds like that's another good win and we are going along nicely atop of the table. We just need to keep going and will claim back the title. Chelsea are in trouble and Benitez now would be so unpopular. Chelsea need an overhaul of their board. Roman Abramovich is a great businessman but he just doesn't know how to run a football club.

You got it wrong there Eastdog.

I blame the players and the manager for the results lately. Too many late goals or insipid performances at home which is costing us dearly. But to put it in perspective we are still a team in transition, yet are only behind the best managed team and the most expensive team ever in the EPL. Our summer is going to be very interesting(a new striker, CDM and manager) and we will be back challenging again.

How can you say Roman doesn't know how to run a football club when since he's been here we have won more trophies than anyone else?

He may be trigger happy when it comes to firing people, but it gets results. Plus the players love him.

It's just part of the roller coaster of being a Chelsea supporter.

Yes the players and manager are to blame but you have to though chef question the number of manager sackings your club has had. Roman just can't stick to one manager for long. Does the manager at Chelsea really have control of all signings? Shevchenko is a prime example with a previous manager you had. Roman should just provide your funds and give the manager complete control of the signings.

Michael Emenalo(Technical director) is responsible for nearly all the signings. I don't like the idea of a manager being in control of the signings, he should have some input but there are better qualified people to make those decisions.

Shevchenko was always going to struggle with Drogba around, plus he was past his best when he arrived.

Do the fans get a say on what goes on at the club as a lot of them are very disgruntled with the board.

                      No.

We are disgruntled, but I'm sure the summer signings will fix this.

So you don't have to much of a problem with how your board is running the club.

No, not really. I enjoy watching some of the best players in the world win us trophies consistently. After the hell I've been through with the Dogs, Chelsea are my guilty pleasure. In my eyes we won tattslotto with Abramovich and I'll take the good with the bad.

I would be more worried if the owner was using the club as a device to get out of bankruptcy or line his own pockets etc rather than winning.

I'm sure not many people will agree with me.

Our owner at Man Utd Malcolm Glazer is using our club to help pay of his debts which you could argue is much worse. How long chef have you barracked for Chelsea?

Since I can remember, so around 30 years. My brother tried to make me support the Spurs but luckily I didn't follow him.

I've seen both ends of the spectrum with us being at one stage broke and relegated to now being one of the richest teams in the world.

It's easy when you are the richest boy on the bloke. He has bought trophies. Nothing to do with knowing how to run a club.
