    Re: 2012-13 EPL Thread

Giggs is unbelievable isn't he? 21 years is an incredible achievement-and he hasn't been carried for 1 second. He was a star when he started and he's still a star now.

Imagine if he'd played for a nation that had made regular World and European Cup finals.

He must have had to buy an extra house just for his trophy collection.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Watched the second half of Liverpool WBA game.
Didn't see that coming, thought the penalty was soft on Suarez.
First time WBA have won 2 in a row at Anfield since the 30's.

Lukaku scores again, hard to remember a 19 year old striker doing this well. Chelsea looks to have found a player here.

Yep, he looks Drogba-esque. I'm going to have to be patient for a season or 2 before he's back in Chelsea blue.

Im hoping he decides he doesnt want to wait.

Has a real burst of speed on him, lovely close control, strong, good finisher. Not 100% sure why he doesnt start more for WBA, maybe a fitness issue?

I'm 100% certain he will wait, he grew up a Blues supporter, he wants to be a Chelsea legend and his best mate is Eden Hazard.

His loan at WBA has done wonders for his development and he's happy to spend another season there getting more minutes.

Our Belgian loanees are pretty special with Courtois at Atletico Madrid and De Brunye at Werder Bremen both looking the goods.

I'm over the moon about the Southampton win , think we are too good now to get relegated and I think it proved a team will beat a star studded side.
The Adkins sacking amazes me but it looks like the new manager has the players working for him already

EPL tonight and Man Utd take on QPR at Loftus Road. Should be another win for us. We are doing very well this season seemingly cruising to the title now. Our attack is top notch. Man City have certainly dropped off this campaign and it would not surprise me if Manchini is sacked and someone like Mourinho coaches City.

Yeah it's easy to forget the FA Cup when purely focusing on the EPL.

Txiki Begeristain and Ferran Soriano rejected Mourinho at Barcelona in 2008. So not sure if those two would want to work with him or vice-versa, plus he just signed a new contract in the summer. IMO they will be cleaning out some players, not their manager.

Strange decision by Swansea to rest players ahead of next Saturday's league Cup Final. Got beat 5-0 at Anfield & it could easily have been double figures.
