We're the best side in the league but still not entirely convinced on our away form. It will be interesting to see how the likes of Dzeko and Nasri step up in Aguero's absence too. We are prone to some silly mistakes/getting caught out.

I think when we play you next in the next Manchester derby at Old Trafford I'm tipping it will be much closer and a chance to beat you guys. At Etihad Stadium that ground has become your fortress.

The problem is you've already lost 4 games. Title winners seldom lose more than S.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Not really a problem at all though. With 4 losses they are 1 point behind and they have 2 months to work out how to play away from home.

Plus the other "contenders" all have major flaws which makes them not really contenders. I think when all is said and done City will win by 7 points

January transfer period can fix this if Chelsea and Arsenal are willing to spend.

I don't think we can. We'd need absolutely everything to go right for us and that includes spending money in January on a striker and they don't come cheap.

Then again I didnt think Arsenal would be able to sign Ozil and also didn't think Ramsey would be scoring every 2nd week so what do i know.

If we can sign a CM(heavily linked to be buying either Matic or Guarin, which is awesome) and a CF(not sure we will though) I will be very confident for the rest of the season.

I think both are valid points in their own right.

The good thing is that as Topdog said, we are only 1 point behind with 2 months to rectify our away form.

The bad thing is that we still aren't convincing away, and Aguero is a big loss IF he's out for 8.

I've not seen NUFC with so many points and such a healthy GD post the Boxing Day fixture in ages.

Completely chuffed with how they're going. Wish I had Fox, but knowing my luck if I was able to watch them weekly in the comfort of my own home they'd find a way to drop the ball and disappoint me!
                            TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

You guys have done well. Big win for Newcastle last night. This time of the season when there are lots of games within days it really tests each team.

I went back to bed when Cole scored. Woke up 3 hours later, checked my Ipad and slept the sleep of the triumphant.
