There is no doubt he is a terrific ruckman but he is a 85% game time ruckman so how do we manage or what do we do with Roughead and Campbell? I'd rather find them some support not push them back down the order.

Maybe. I think it suits both parties though. Mitchell is happy to go to Perth for a year then coach and it allows cap space to pay O'Meara. So they get O'Meara for 10 years and lose Mitchell for one. Smart move.

Sam Fisher when fit still goes OK and would fit the Bevo mould. Injury prone though that is the big worry.

I believe we will be looking for a ruckman .. We have lost Minson and Goetz. Goetz was obviously recruited to come in in a couple of years . So we need to replace that position

You're right, but hawthorn just made up nonsens about it having nothing to do with the salary cap , and we're doing it for Sam.
It was just such PR nonsense on their behalf

He's past it in a big way and can't cope with the way the game is played. He's not big enough to play on anyone over 192 cm either.
