Great win by the Swans.

It is said numerous times, you always know what you are going to get, now they have outside speed as well.

Shame they are forced to play at ANZ stadium rather than SCG.

Interestingly, CP stats were even today but Sydney killed them on the spread. Crows also had 22 more inside 50's - 59 inside 50's for 5 goals is Bulldogs-esque

But Adelaide matched them for contested ball. It was the spread that Swans are able to achieve and what they can do after the contested ball. Contested ball isnot the only thing that wins games.

They are still a quality side and things may very well fall their way.

I had a play on the AFL ladder predictor and came out as Hawthorn beating Collingwood in the GF. I still rate them.

Adelaide kicked 1 goal 7 from set shots. Swans kicked 5 goals straight. The Crows had enough chances but just blew it.

Tippett was hardly sighted, Walker dropped a few chest marks.
Contested footy overated.
Swans won cost their defence out played the Adelaide forward line.
Swans controlled the tempo.

Sydney's recent record against Collingwood isn't good and if the Pies go through to play Sydney they I would say be favourites to beat Sydney.
