It's been a very positive change for the club and despite Rohan Smith doing a good job previously. Pratt has been able to adapt and utilize the talent we have available. The club made some very good changes to the footy department for this season.

Tend to think that Joel Corey's departure due to the soft cap reductions that were enforced by the AFL has been a big loss but we have had plenty of time to overcome that.

Pratty has done well.

I wonder if you’d told him to start the year no Richards, Daniel down back and Lobb as CHB he’d have taken on the job? He’s transitioned that part of the ground well. Duryea replacement next. Hoping we can see some development in the Buss too.

Yeah, the article mentions us wanting Bob to return a role similar to the one he had with us before leaving for Freo.

Media, club ambassador and working with W program, whilst working in the media. I think it'll be a great get for the club as our media relations seem to suck. We have very little friends in the media and a lot of enemies.
