A player not on an AFL list as of the start of 2016 will be likely to play senior football this year. That is some serious eker effort
    It will be an ekergasm!

If he's KPF for the bummers against us, he'll be lucky to get 5 entries into his 50, let alone 5 handballs.

An Ayce v Zayne match up does have a symmetrical appeal.

Daniher was down there as a father/son prospect in 2012 wasn't he? Now I think of it.

I think it's time for the People's Beard to make another comeback - he is like the John Farnham of the AFL.

You have to say that Crowley has gotten a ton of his career out of minimal talent and athleticism. Dude has gotten by with being a scragger and a tough bastard for quite a long time now.

Has won a best and fairest though. Surely that's instant disqualification from ekerdom.

Steven Baker won a B&F and he was an eker that other ekers thought had minimal talent.

David Teague won a B&F at Carlton and only just lasted long enough to sneak into ekerdom.

take out season 2009 when Crowley only played 6 games, (perhaps injured, I don't know) he averaged around 20 games a season. That is not Eker stuff.

Steve Baker would be a first picked type in the Liam Picken mould. Teague I find harder to mount a case for but he had nice hair.

Jonathon Simpkin come on down. Picked up by his third club, Essendon. 37 games eked out so far, many of which he's been the sub, and even eked out being a sub in a flag. Turned 28 in October.

Not so sure about the athleticism part, he's an endurance animal. Not much else, but endurance + dedication = AFL career

4th. He was a rookie at Sydney first!

He's on his fourth team? Bloody hell, he's a solid decent player and he's been depth at two of the most dominant midfields of the modern era but he has had a lot of chances.
