Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Cripes, have to google Mr Grimley. No idea who he is.

            Re: Ekers

His first game and this must be his third year on the list? Not including the years he was dropped entirely from the list before being redrafted.

            Outstanding.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Actually reading that it's a pretty admirable story. Good luck to him.

Great story. I know he was not much chop for us but I loved some of his efforts in late 2009.

Clearly he is in good form to be getting a game for GWS right now.

As a youngster he was a powerful mover

He showed a bit with us early, and then developed type 1 diabetes, and multiple? shoulder reconstructions

Yep, multiple shoulder recos and a lengthy bout of OP didn't give him any continuity during his time with us

I rated him when he first started for us. Absolute beast at the contest. Injuries ruined his time with us.

Always had a soft spot for Sam Reid and I'm rapt that he gets a game this week.

Yep, played a really good game against Geel late in the season where he cut out Jimmy Bartel and got a bit of it himself.. He gave off a handball when under the pump that the Bont would be proud of.. Hope he goes well.

May Sam J have a solid career with no decent performances against the Dawgs. Well done to him, that's some persistence right there, and a mighty beard.
