Re: 2019 Mid Season Draft
My understanding is:
We wanted Dunkley and if he was there at that pick we would have selected him then we were hoping Gardner was there at the 2nd
If we got Dunkley and Gardner was gone we would have looked at Riccardi at the 2nd pick because we were keen to add some height
With Dunkley gone before our pick Gardner fitted the need for the tall and we will keep the other pick for the National draft
Hawks might have been keen on GardnerWestern Bulldogs Football Club "Where it's cool to drool"Comment

We just seem to be half a beat behind the rhythm right now in a number of facets.Comment

Re: 2019 Mid Season Draft
I don't understand the process for draftees mid season. If Melbourne wa t him for next year, is it just up to them to extend him into 2020? Or can Kyle knock back an offer and request eithet a trade or go into the draft?Comment

Re: 2019 Mid Season Draft
I’m kinda surprised that the club did not use the second pick given our lack of KPD. I have not seen k.dunkely play but surely it cannot be a short term investment on a 19 year old?
I spew if he becomes a midfield beast like his Brother
Josh was very good in his first year
Should have asked brad scott to put his name in . Would have been a cheap option and he would have put in a few stern words to our coaching group. A Non playing player coachComment
