Thanks Comrade. Great to have players keeping pressure on for selection. Would love to see Cav or West or Weightman given a go and make small forward position theirs. Wow if Buku can be that leaping, eye catching backman to replace injured Crozier.

Hi Josie - it would be Cav based solely on him being the only one of the 3 that played 100% fwd. West played midfield all day and Weightman 50/50 asMcComb didn’t play.

Great facilities, one training oval and another for actual games. They also have the big indoor facility with the spongy floors.

Thought Jong was BOG. Again must have had 30+ possessions and his disposal was an improvement on last week. A real bull. West/Hayes/Butler got it a lot with West combining with Jong to create a winning midfield. Sweet got around the ground better but as Comrade mentioned earlier, his disposal let him down. Wood/Khamis solid down back along with Cordy and Young. Roarke a bit quiet.
Cav busy up forward while Bedendo has a looonnggg way to go. Weightman again busy both mid and fwd and he would have enjoyed his time on the ball. Schache hurt his ankle early in the first and stayed on the ground but eventually had to come off. Marra was dangerous until he went off.

Bedendo is miles off it at the moment. He's like a more athletic Declan Hamilton right now.
