What are the rules re suspended players in VFL games?
Dangerfield played for Cats. Guess they got sign off but interesting. Understand it was a scratch match.
It’s a practice match not a VFL game. Zac Williams played last week for Carlton when suspended, so Cats asked if Dangerfield could play today down at North Port, which seems consistent. If it was a VFL regular season game, he couldn’t play.
"I'll give him a hug before the first bounce and then I'll run into my pack and give them orders to rip him apart."

Is it set numbers during play? Must have X inside 50?
Must have a forward and defender in both goal squares, and another 2 defenders/2 forwards inside their respective 50s (so has to be 6 players min inside each 50 at a stoppage).
So basically if the ball goes out of bounds in the forward pocket at one end, and all the defenders have pushed up during the play, 3 have to sprint back inside their own defensive 50 at the other end of the ground. It looks ridiculous and led to quite a few confusing free kicks and a bunch of ****ed off players.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.
Have to agree - Khamis has moved ahead of Lewy at this stage of the season.
I really liked Khamis' game today. His intercept marking is easily the best of the defensive group, he kind of just floats in the air and hits it at its highest point. His kicking was creative too. I think a debut isn't far away.

Is it just in for the practice games or is it in place for the VFL season?

Against Melbourne he took the longer option with a kick and it was great to see.
Did he look quicker across the ground at VFL level?
