Agree, we're going to hear a lot of crap over the next nearly month. A lot of writers needing to generate content. It's working out which 10% to believe.

yeah, its as bad as Heath Shaw and pick 10 to Melbourne for pick 2

Can not believe this at all. Unless it's a straight swap for Docherty which is just as unrealistic. Silly season well underway!

to me this is classic trade period stuff. One article saying "essendon would love someone like JJ but he is contracted and the bulldogs wont give him up". A few weeks later another article trawling through possibilities for trades and it becomes "JJ has been mentioned in trades to essendon" on the basis of the previous article but now the "bulldogs wont give him up and he's contracted" bit gets left off.
and to be honest the patton being traded stuff isnt much different - as far as i can tell there has only been 1 media mention and that was Plough's list of "wouldnt it be lovely" trades and no more.
Also, White may go to the pies for as little as a 3rd round pick. Even more reason not to trade any more than pick 22 for Crameri. I still believe pick 22 is too much but the cotract we are offering says otherwise
It's irritating me to keep reading that the Bombers want more than pick 22 for Crameri.
Wonder what they would have given for Martin in their failed bid for him last night.
Suspect hypocrisy is one of their strong points.
