Docherty said to the Lions he wanted to go to the Blues. What's the difference between that and Crameri saying he wants to come to us, yet someone else takes him?
If he's set on the Blues he'd be pretty bummed to come to us you'd reckon???
I was thinking this too.
I was also wondering if somehow the Crameri situation was reversed, then how would we think?
Pick 24-26 in a shitty draft is paying unders IMO and I can understand the Bombers trying to snare say the Hawks first pick for him.
However, none of that condones the Bomber's nasty approach to Crameri.

If GWS are happy to take him in the PSD then good luck to them.
He doesn't have to interview with them or provide them with a medical though. Very hard for a club to make a deal without completing the medical. If GWS were to take him in the PSD then the Bombers get nothing anyway.
I hope we don't do that, in times past we might have. I would hate to lose him to GWS but I'm still happy to keep pick 22 and put it to good use elsewhere.

Yes I posed the same question a few days ago. I'd prefer a pick in the high teens for Crameri personally if he was moving from us. Five or six spots can make a difference. I guess the option of the PSD means that a pick here is overs and we know it, but the PSD doesn't come without some risk.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.
Nathan Brown on trade radio suggesting we should trade Mitch Wallis and pick 4 for pick 1.
Sure... Peter should get a Supreme Court gag order on him. He shouldn't say anything about the club he burned, especially something so stupid.
