Are you having any issues with the ESPN docos? Cant seem to find them on Netflix anymore.

A teaser trailer (no film, just words and music) has just been released for Stranger Things, Series 2 for 2017.

Narcos Series 2 starting well, as expected. And yes, TwoDogs, the murder of the national soccer player got a mention.

Netflix has just commissioned two more seasons of Narcos. Good news!

Netflix added a Movie 'The Big Short' about the GFC/Subprime collapse and those who saw it coming and bet on it (true story). With Steve Carrell, Christian Bale, Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling and use cameos to explain the complex financial concepts/terms, such as Margot Robbie in a bubble bath explaining what 'sub prime' means.

                Really good movie.

New doco, 13th is a great watch. Insightful take on US history of race relations, presidential/political involvement, criminalisation, legal system, corporation control of prisons & huge rise in numbers, voting rights etc.

Any wonder it's getting the great reviews.

Nice. For the family. To have him respected like that. They won't make a fuss they promise. Everybody is very happy
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Hearing that The Crown is by far the most expensive series they've ever produced (and signed up two more seasons before season one aired) I gave it a go for a couple of episodes. It's not too bad so far.

I'm up to 6 now. I'm really enjoying it, the historical events are interesting like The Great Smog and I'm feeling for the many people persecuted by the criminal like stain of being in love with a divorcee. Thank god those times are long gone.

I'm house sitting, and have been taking advantage of their Netflix (and my lack of things to do), admittedly with a couple of comparatively old series.

I watched the entire first season of Stranger Things the other day, and really enjoyed that. A great sci-fi drama, with some great child acting displays and genuinely nervy moments.

I'm now at the end of the first season of Narcos and really enjoying that as well, running through the attempts to catch Pablo Escobar.

Do the historical events mention the kid that Plil fathered in Sunshine during WWII?
