    Re: Best Eats in Melbourne

I'm back into dumplings. Was off them for a while, but I'm back into them.

Great timing as this place opened up across the road from my building:

Just polished an unusual amount of steamed prawn, chicken and pork dumplings off, and they were fantastic.

Where else are fellow dumpling lovers finding the good stuff?
    TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

I used to love wandering down the road for some chicken and prawn dumplings. I've got no idea if anyone near my new place does decent cheap dumplings but I think that's my new project

I've got to ask. What are we talking about 7,11, 15?

I invoked the 6-6-6 rule mate, but it's done nothing for congestion.

I prefer Gyoza --- something about the way the Japanese do it I prefer.

Don't ask me what it is.

I could knock off 15+ no worries.

I used to knock off a dozen dimmas at the end of the night in my 20's. A couple would do me now.

This is my favourite dumpling joint in vic. It is amazing.

                      Re: Best Eats in Melbourne

Went out with the family tonight to the Santorini Greek Restaurant on Nelson Place in Williamstown.

                      Very good food.

We started with the Meze Platter which consisted of a trio of dips, saganaki, calamari, zucchini fritters, spicy sausage, halloumi fries and Kalamata olives.

For the main meal we had the lamb of the spit served with a garden salad, pita bread, tzatziki and potatoes.

Ah nice ED. Been there many times, they've recently moved into that old bank building, they used to be just behind in the old post office.

That's right formerly located nearby at the Old Williamstown post office corner of Parker street and Cole street.

Now at the old Williamstown bank at 189 Nelson Place.
