One of the most well known bands in punk rock that's for sure. Are you more of a punk rock fan or are you more into hard rock/metal TD? I also like the older hip hop stuff none of the new hip hop that's on the radio today and is watered down.

Well there's plenty of booming businesses up in Bendigo, as you would know the Bendigo Business Council is massive, along with the off-shoots with the women's network and young professionals network too. As you may or may not know, if you can do early every week meetings starting at 6.45-7am, a networking group called BNI (Business Networking International) from my experience is brilliant, especially in your field. They seem to be doing quite well in regional areas, they are particularly massive in Far North QLD where the members in my aunts BNI in Townsville find well, well over a million dollars work each year for each other. Not a recommendation, just some information you probably have. All the best with it!

Learning how to play Dueling Banjos on my guitar (I'm very green on guitar, just picked it up). As anybody who knows me would attest, everybody needs a theme song.

My latest crazy idea was to build a cafe racer style motorbike. Never pulled down a bike so its quite challenging, but lots of fun.

Yes the fast train is assisting with this and many people are now buying in Bendigo and commuting to Melbourne. There is also property demand in Bendigo too though and there are a number of large PSP residential subdivisions planned that will allow for over 4000 new homes around the Greater Bendigo area. It's a real growth area atm.
