        Fair enough.

Congrats to the Blues on their 48th title.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Sheffiled Shield gets under way again this week.

Vics are forced to quarantine in Adelaide for 14 days. I am pretty sure they isolated for 14 days in Victoria before heading off.

Today we have Qld v Tas and SA v WA

Apparently nobody had made a ton and taken 5 wickets in an innings (in the same match) for 10 years in Shield cricket. Agar and Neser both did it yesterday.

Bonus points if you can guess the last 2 cricketers to achieve this feat (both prominent Australian players) back in 2010.

              Mitchell Johnson and Steve Smith.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Correct. I didn't think it would be that easy!

If Cam Green starts bowling again he could be next.

Outstanding start to the season by both Neser and Agar but even if they backed it up again would they even come into test considerations? Neser might get the 12th man duties at the Gabba

Maybe if the MCG is a road again you would play an extra bowler over the 6th batsman? Otherwise they are both relying on injury or loss of form for the incumbents.

                      Good point

I think we could also assemble a very competitive 2nd 11 given our pace bowling and batting depth

Tim Paine with 111 not out.

Would be nice if he makes some runs for Australia this summer.

13 years between 1 and 2, only 1 year between 2 and 3. That's quite the increased strike rate.

Cameron Green with an unbeaten 185 against a NSW attack that included Nathan Lyon. Just give him the baggy green already!

Yeah I know the wickets in SA are flat, but still, the kid looks like a star.
