Lol you so right Grantysghost about the whinging, but i just think they might fluke the Europe .

0-0 draw for us on the weekend against Man City. A very dull Manchester derby compared to ones in the past.

Hopefully we can upset Newcastle but Newcastle are in very good form and chasing that European spot.

After Arsenal's win against Real Madrid there a 5 spots CL for PL.
So the top 5 are champions league next season.

All do to with the magical co-efficient (how well English teams do in Europe)

It doesn't sound flash for Eddie Howe. Had dental surgery a week or so ago, felt horrible for days and was hospitalised late in the week. References to consciousness and interacting with his family, ongoing tests etc. make me think it might be an infection........which as we age is something we can all look forward to!

I have a pooch that's been a bit ill all day, might stay up and keep watch over him and an eye on our game against MUFC tonight, the GP and hopefully have the sense not to stay up and watch the Masters!
              TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Wolves are not only not going down. We’re up to 16th. Unfortunately we my just have driven the final nail into Ange’s coffin.

There's only a few really cheerful moments when following a club that isn't a main player in the league, one of them is knowing you're staying up, that's awesome mate!

As for Ange at Spurs.....mixed feelings to me. He's a bit stubborn and not dealing with the siege - getting defensive and a bit arrogant. At the same time, Spurs are a bit like Carlton or Essendon, completely detached from reality in terms of how good they should be. Or at least it seems that way.

NUFC into fourth, a game in hand. By Thursday morning we could be in third if we split the points. After a patchy start things are working out this season. First time we've doubled Man Utd in a season since 1931. Big win today.

Great pressure, gotta say though, that finish by Gamacho was sublime and had me worried.

We might even catch Spurs at this rate. Been an amazing turnaround under Pereira, no wins in our first ten games to 4 straight wins. He made Cunha start on the bench too after his second suspension.

a trophy and likely Champions League football is a huge season NUFC. Hopefully Sunderland can come up and give them a derby

                      Yes concerning.

Guys hopefully brightened his mood with that performance.

                        Well done Granty and jeemak.

We can't wait for this season to end as soon as possible. I'm hopeful still we can win the Europa but the way we are going that won't happen.

I found it frustrating the way Man U played Easty. Sit back and counter !? That's not in your DNA.

Then Garnacho the goal scorer is taken off for some reason..?

I liked Dalot he's at least created some chances with his searching runs.

Yep agree we have been traditionally much more on the front foot.

Counter attacking style has worked for us against some really good teams with great results but most weeks you can't play like that.

Newcastle are on some run at the moment.

                              5-0 win v Palace

                              Closing in on second spot.

Incredible effort considering we had to sell players to comply with PSR and didn't bring in any players of note.

Tonali has been a new recruit though after his ban.
