Remy fails his medical to Liverpool because of a hole in the heart.

Apparently nothing to do with the medical more to do with the transfer fee and wage demands.

He had already agreed wages with Pool and a transfer fee(which was a buyout clause so no need to haggle) with QPR before flying to America for the medical. Harry may not see the conditional as such a big deal(apparently you couldn't meet a fitter lad), but I guess it was a risk Liverpool weren't prepared to take.

We had a kid years ago come down from the bush and he looked a fair player. He played in the ressies and an escort cup game then they found out he had a hole in the heart and he had to give footy up. I think his name was Atkins.

aye but none of that has been confirmed by Liverpool, neither the agreement in terms nor him failing a medical. But as you say Liverpool may have not been prepared to take a risk due to the anomaly in his heart - however they have not confirmed (nor have they denied it) as this to be the reason.

Hopefully he will stay at QPR.

QPR should be trying to hang onto him anyway as he's a proven goal scorer and will go a long way to them staying up.
