Decent crowd. What does Real's ground hold? I used to work with a guy who used to tell me funny stories about the Bernabau(?)
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Lucky enough to have been to the bernabeau. Think it holds about 80 odd thousand. Unfortunately the vuvuzelas destroyed the atmosphere, was still an amazing experience especially as kick off was at 10.30pm. Thought our tickets were fake when I picked them up!

10.30pm? What time did the game finish?

Everytime somebody tells me something about Spain/Italy I think "that's my kind of place". Late dinner followed by an even later football match. I've died and gone to heaven,

If you mention siestas and good looking women I am on the next plane.

Yea incredible crowd but preety much what you would expect for them two. I had two tickets but they were only silver so turned it down. Good to hear you had a good night and at least there was plenty of goals kicked.

If you don't mind. Just had to slip that in there,

I went on Tuesday and really enjoyed it, worked last night's game and thought it was fun too. However, for 99K the atmosphere was predictably lacking. Australians still don't really know how to receive soccer. No chants, but plenty of mexican waves and paper planes.

It was great to finally see City play live. Hope to go over there in the next few years and catch a game.

In Croatia it was a massive lunch then a siesta and a swim, and a light dinner.

That's mainly because the theatre goers attend .

The atmosphere is always going to be crappy as they aren't all really supporters, just people wanting to catch a glimpes of Ronaldo/Real. Plus the MCG is a crappy Football(soccer) venue, it's just too big, wide and open.

                            Maybe we should've been invited.

Even if they were more than "ready" £35M would barely buy two-thirds of a Lewandowski.
