Especially when he took full responsibility, it also means he takes full responsibility for two years of hell that he wants to drag on longer, or will he blame Little now ?

Coming from Hird, I find this statement quite ironic, "insisting he is acting upon a matter of principle".

If he believe he has done nothing wrong then given he has the resources to challenge it then good luck to him. The problem is that the evidence doesn't support his position of not being in the know.

I'm so sick of this stealing my news, papers, footy TV, conversations and Internet. James, for the love of humanity, just take your medicine and **** off.

If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Well looks like he is about to be sacked he is now going against his own clubs decisions and requests, they have been paying him while he has been on holidays, recontracted him and he now turns on them.

And he will probably use their payout to fund his legal challenge while he draws income from another source.

Imagine, just imagine... That happens. He's sacked. He's disgraced except in the eyes of 'the believers', he uses the money to continue fighting. Then.... He wins on a technicality.

God help the AFL, EFC and civilisation more generally.

It's beautiful isn't it. Essendon in defiance of the AFL and showing loyalty to the golden boy Hird, extend his contract despite him being suspended - a big "Up Yours" to the AFL.

12 months later - James will be sacked for going against the club's wishes in pursuit of his own agenda and will probably get a pay out as a result - essentially earning a truck load of cash for doing nothing.......beggers belief!

It does begger belief. He's also close to bringing down two Club presidents and apparent 'mates' in Evans and Little with him.
He and EFC disprove the adage that 'no man is bigger than the club'.
