2025 AAMI Community Series - Hawthorn V Western Bulldogs Thu 27/2/25 UTAS Stadium, Launceston 5:20PM AEDT

For all discussion of our first official pre season match for 2025 this Thursday.

I would say we would play a more full strength squad for this one as our final tune up before the real stuff.

Just hope for no more injuries.

We will likely go into this game with a stronger line-up and obviously being prepared for our better players to run out the full game,
I'd still expect a surprise selection or two.

Last chance to work out who they want playing against Larkey , in the 1st round , do they need a negator or and intercepter ?.

The players will very likely know tomorrow. I suspect the announcement will happen on the ground.

I’m more concerned with seeing how our midfield functions against the hawks than our defence tbh

No team except maybe Melbourne have given us more trouble through the middle of the ground in the last few years. With Macrae and Daniel being replaced, this is a good test to see if it’s improved us at all.

It’s great we are getting an early look at the Hawks and hopefully it gives our collective an opportunity to really focus on beat foot forward rather than trialling too many things.

The line up is going to be fascinating.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?
