Players who underperform should get dropped. I'm not sure what you're referring to about Lobb going forward - Naughton didn't do anything then either.

One of the problems for us playing on Thursday night and the VFL side on Saturday is when they can get the whole team together for the training.
This week we did the main session on Monday and the Captains run on Wednesday. I suspect this week the main session might be Tuesday.

JJ, Darcy, Gallagher and Coffield could be in the mix.

He's been good but man Rhylee West is one I'd look at dropping if he had fewer credits in the bank. Literally every single thing he can do to shit me to tears he seemed to do tonight. The one time he kept it simple instead of mirror-wanking like he did all night we got a chance to score, but he really took a step backwards.

McNeil has to go. I'll await the VFL performance to see what else can be done, but McNeil has to go.

In defense of West (Which you kinda of already did), he has had a super year, in a really difficult position to play. He gets a free mulligan for me.
Agree on Mcneil, should never play again unless we are down to number 28-30 on the list.

I think we should revisit the team structure we ran with in the second half of 2024 - three tall forwards and three tall backs - and use that as our template.

Our small backs are a real problem both in terms of physicality and in one-on-one competitiveness. They have cost us goals too often this year.

Naughton is struggling to cope with the double teaming he cops each week and we haven’t had Weightman to give him back-up. Buku lacks physicality. So we lack all round competitiveness up forward also. So this week:
