This from EPSN
16. Western Bulldogs - Josh Lindsay
Geelong Falcons/Vic Country
DEF/MID, 183cm
It's clear to see the upside of Lindsay. His ceiling is the best distributor in the competition, blessed with a laser left foot that can pick out targets with speed and accuracy. The rest of his game is a bit of a mystery. Little faith in his maturation into a midfielder means Lindsay is a candidate to slide a touch on draft night, with concerns over his physicality, contested work and defensive application.
In the mix: Lindsay is best available in this phantom but rivals have linked the Dogs to Lachy Dovaston. Another option is Harley Barker, whose size, speed and ball use off a wing pushed him into this range before an ACL rupture cruelled his season. While most clubs suggest Lindsay will be taken ahead of fellow halfback Oskar Taylor, the Ranges defender is another option here with added defensive nous. Josh Lindsay was best on ground for the AFL Academy against Coburg VFL in April.

Code sports has done a Phantom Draft

JEVAN PHILLIPOU
WESTERN BULLDOGS
183cm Midfielder/Forward, Woodville-West Torrens/South Australia
Chris says He was unseen at the under-18 national championships due to a broken arm, but that doesn’t mean this South Australian has been forgotten.
The younger brother of St Kilda’s Mattaes would be a good fit for the Bulldogs as a midfielder-forward with an elite athletic and aerobic profile and a nice skillset.

LATRELLE PICKETT
WESTERN BULLDOGS
170cm Forward, Glenelg
Chris says Similar to the Bulldogs’ first pick of Phillipou, adding another smaller type in the front half looks like it would suit here. A 19-year-old prospect, Pickett is the cousin of Melbourne’s Kysaiah and brings some similar traits to the table with his speed, agility, leap and smarts in the attacking half.

Just watched the mock draft on YouTube and its interesting that Dovaston NHH went after our pick. Add in Oskar Taylor to that list to pick from and it's the dream draft for us.Code sports has done a Phantom Draft

if we pick Latrelle I’ll need something to kick start my heart
but it does always amuse me when players go from “who?” To mentioned as a smoky to mentioned as a top 30 pick in about 20 phantom drafts and various articles in about a 6 week cycle. Dunno who his player manager is but hes doing a great job pumping up his tyres

I know we draft on talent more than needs but during the trade period we chased tall defenders and midfielders and these targets are smaller defenders (2) and small forwards (2)
The list that Waterworth has supplied is probably spot on I would imagine we draft at lease one of these guys.
We do have a lot of quality players for wingers so Barker seems to address that.Comment

All in on this kid, reminds me of a mix of Liam Jones and Jacob Weitering, if he fills out a little I could see him as our number 1 KPD for a decade to come.
And crap does he have some speed, really damn quick."Its always good to win the Ashes test match'' - Libba, AFL Grand Final, 2016Comment
