    Pick 31- Essendon- Andrew Boseley

194cm 80kg. Essendon need key defenders, Hurley looks a permanent forward, Hooker is injury prone, Pears is undersized, and Carlisle while doing a good job pinch hitting in defence is a natural forward. Boseley has been a bolter this year, having moved to defence he has excelled. He also likes to take the game on and provide rebound.

Sorry guys, the Ipad wouldn't fire up at work today.

We should be able to catch-up soon enough

I'll step in for Bulldogsman for the Geelong pick

        #32 Geelong - Myles Bolger

The Cats need to add some depth to the ruckman stocks and Bolger is an impressive tap ruckman.

Happy with that, sorry for the hold up.

          Myles Bolger (South Fremantle)
          Height: 202cm Weight: 95kg Age 18
          Ruckman

Myles is a very good tap ruckman that is hard working and good overhead. Taps it down well to his mids and gives them first use of it. Reads the play pretty well. He’s a footballer, not the greatest athlete. Needs to work on his defensive side a bit, but it’s ok. Has had pretty bad injuries in the past and needs to add bulk. Will take some time, but he will be a solid ruck prospect.

Given GoGriff isn't on, I'm more than OK to delete it and go with your original thought.

I see Bolger as best available, so it's all good

                Pick 33 - Hawthorn - Shane Kersten

191cm, 91kg, highly rated FF. Roughead's emergence as a ruckman creates a need for the Hawks closer to goal, allowing Franklin to roam the half-forward line
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Sorry guys ... I am on camp on Rottnest Island with 20 twelve year olds ... For the WCE picks I would have been looking for some inside run and a decent kick ... Very happy with the choices that were made on my behalf. Again appologies !!

Pick 34 - Geelong - Joshua Tynan (Gippsland Power)
                    Height: 185cm Weight: 76kg Age: 18
                    Medium defender

Medium sized defender that provides some good run and drive from defence. No slouch defensively, very good in this area and can play on smalls or mediums. Reads the play pretty well and can take a few marks of opposition kicks. He’s pretty good overhead also. His kicking is pretty good and makes good decisions with the ball. He has a bit of pace but really could work a bit more on his endurance. One of my favourites and will turn out to at least be a solid defender IMO.

Why - Geelong need defenders to replace an aging back line, need to find replacements for Milburn, Enright and Wojak. They already got Bews, but I think they need one more.

Melbourne next. Do we need to make a call?

                            Melbourne

                            Pick 36 - Sam Kerridge - 188/84

Melbourne desperately need someone to give Moloney a chop out around the clearances and Kerridge is someone who could possibly play early in 2012 and have an impact.

His speed around the contest is why he will be an asset and while he has some deficiencies in his game, especially his kicking which can be a little hit & miss I think he is well suited to a team like Melbourne.
