Just little things here and there especially now that I know all the characters and the relationships between each other. When I first watched it it was hard to work out who was who.

I wonder if the show will ever follow up where Rickon is? As far as I can tell they haven't opened up that storyline via other characters and don't seem likely to.

They had a season off Bran and Rickon, I'm sure they'll head back to it now. I would actually imagine that it will tie in with Sansa/Theon running away from Winterfell. Note I'm not up to date with the books so not sure if they're further ahead in those storylines.

yeah best show on tv ever made in my opinion, and now that the story is actually a mystery to everyone it's going to be very interesting.

Well after a terrible opening episode, episode 2 was perhaps the best episode in the entire series. It kept more in line with the pacing and gravitas of the show and there was no fluff dialogue and no empty scenes.

I won't say any more or give anything away. But damn that was good.
