Handscomb has been confirmed as an in by Langer. Stoinis has passed his fitness test. Speculation that Maxwell could be dropped for Wade.
    If Maxwell out, who bowls?

Wade can bowl at a fair pace. Seriously though Stoinis would have to bowl close to 10 with a couple from Smith/Finch.

Not sure how Stoinis is selected ahead of Maxwell... Injuries concerns only make the decision more surprising.

Kudos to the Kiwi's. Not over yet, but with Rahul Rohit, Kohli and Karthik in the shed India are reeling at 4/24.

Could set up an Australia v Kiwi final which would be great.
Alternatively how good would it be to see the Kiwis roll England in the final should the Poms best us
I've admired the way NZ has gone about their cricket for a long while, and it would be well deserved if they got through to the final.

Totally agree. They work hard and graft away. Still think India will settle and get away with this one, but the Kiwi's have given themselves a real chance.

After taking a screamer- Neesham may rue dropping a simpler chance after. At down India would've had no option but to bring Dhoni in next, when they really like him coming in as a finisher. Given the relatively low target, Pant and Pandha now seem settled. If they can get India to 100 odd near the total, you'd then back Dhoni to ride them home.

Boy Kohli and Shastri looked very salty after Pant's dismissal. They have an aura of 'entitlement' the current Indian team. Supremely talented, but a more petulant mob I've not seen, even at the height of Australia's arrogant swagger.

Indian implosion. Kiwis have bowled fantastic plans to each of the batsmen.

India making a fight of it in the last 10 but plenty of work still to do. 9 an over required.

All over. Kiwis won by 18 runs. Brilliant stuff.

some excellent bowling with such a low score to defend.

Top 3 each out for 1 must be a bit of a record.

Amazing that a batsman of Kohli's quality boasts a World Cup semi final batting record of 9, 1, 1.
