I have and I do actually think your point is valid here mate. I think TCD probably does as well. All I was doing was appreciating TCD's clever post rather than attacking you.

I do agree the comp should be home and away. It just seems you get defensive anytime your point might possibly be questioned. It was just a joke!

Great game by Hussey. Bowled tightly and a fantastic knock to guide us home.

McDonald made the most of the extra bowling opportunity coming from Bravo being out. I definitely see him as a bowling all-rounder (especially) in T20. Good effort from all 5 bowlers, Holland couldn't even get a bowl.

As good as SA have been I wonder how they'll go in the CL without Pollard and Afridi. I think Victoria has the best chance of winning so it would be (extra) good if we beat Queensland Tuesday.

That won't be a problem now as he wasn't bidded for in the IPL auction today along with Mohammad Aamer, Umar Gul and Umar Akmal.

Sorry to interupt but I think its a bit of mickey mouse comp when you don't play each side home and away.

That would mean that the competition would have to run for an extra month. Would that mean the demise of the domestic 50 over competition?

I think the Vics have been blessed by Hodges return to form but that innings by Hussey was a great one.

And now for SA. Taylor heads back home and White, Siddle and probably McKay could be on National duties so I wonder if Bravo will be available?

Who doesn't accept the game? I don't mind it. Just think its a little unfair some sides play at home twice while others get 3 or 4 times. Vics had 2 home and 5 away games.

Ernie, with 5 games, you get 3 & 2 or 2 & 3 with regards to home or away games.

Vics finished 3rd behind Qld, who had the right to host the Prelim, much as SA does hosting the final by virtue of finishing on top.

Stop grumbling & just accept things without the need to go on & on & drive people mad, please!

Unlike the AFL, Cricket Australia try to make it fair. One year you get 3 at home, and the next you get 2.
