We are fast turning into a feeder club for giant clubs when we should be a giant ourselves.

Has he got an agreement to return to Arsenal ?

No, but apparently they get first refusal and also they get a cut of the sale price(not sure what percentage) . I don't get the anger Arsenal fans have for him if he goes to Untied as he's already left for them greener pastures so they should hate him already.

Part of the agreement for his move to Barca was that we got first refusal on his services if he ever moved back to the EPL. The figure was 25 million pounds (or Euros). I'm guessing that's why Man U's initial offer is 26 million.

We aren't so much annoyed at Cesc but at Arsenal. Here is one of the world's premier midfielders at a reasonable price but we seem happy to let him go to one of our main rivals.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Apparently united offered 31 mil and Barca said no.

Arsenal have apparently bid £40,000,001 for Suarez, which activates a clause to allow them to speak to the player.

Going back in with a third bid of €40m for Fabregas. They seem pretty certain that Cesc is keen on the move.

Gareth Bale in battle to force through £86m move to Real Madrid
Gareth Bale was left distraught by the refusal of the Tottenham Hotspur chairman to consider Real Madrid's spectacular offer

This might be about to get messy.

or it might be the 10th article with no quotes in the past 6 months. 10th is being generous its probably about 50 by now.

True, I'm sure they'd bite their hand off if they offered that much.

Do you think he'll hang around for another season?

Spurs still have the upper hand, he has 2 years to run on his contract. That said, £86m is going to buy you 3-4 quality players, not Bale-Messi-Ronaldo level, but 3-4 quality players that will go a long way to helping Spurs push towards Camps League.

Most Spurs fans are ambivalent about Bale going. We knew that not qualifying for Champs League was going to make keeping him harder. The key is making sure that Spurs maximise what they can get for him.

I think it will go through. I just hope Spurs don't leave it until 10:00pm on deadline day.

Spurs sign Soldado from Valencia for 26mil, a lot for an average player. Strikers are really over priced nowadays aren't they.

Levy seems to be spending quite a bit of money this summer, maybe he's got a big sale up his sleeve.

Its going to be interesting to see if/where Suarez, Bale, Fabregas, Rooney go.

These four players could/will shape the top 4 this season.

                            My guess would be

                            Suarez - Arsenal
                            Bale - Real Madrid
                            Fabregas - staying at Barca
                            Rooney - Chelsea

Its really a crazy offer as he's not worth half that much And where does he fit into their lineup
