Arsenal fans were questioning Flamini coming back, weren't they?
The manager was under fire as well.
The world game's a fickle temptrous , isn't it?
Not so much Flamini himself but we were promised a big name signing during the window and up until the last day he was the only 'big(ish) name' player we'd signed. It was more what he represented than him personally. I think most Arsenal supporters have been crying out for a player like Flamini since Song left. Flamini is a better version of Song.
I've always be squarely behind Arsene. A trophy would be good though. Soon.
Yes. When Harry Kewell got sent off against Germany in the WC I thought I was going to throw up.

What about Aaron Ramsey?
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
Huge game for Spurs, simply must find a way to respond, but it is equally an important game for United to stay in touch. Looking forward to this one, but I think United will get them.
Showed a bit of class and humility though. It was a nice touch by the home fans to cheer him, too.
What's weird was Giroud not playing to the whistle when he was in on goal.
Yep very classy. IIRC Fabregas did something similar at Emirates playing for Barca against us? I might have it wrong but I have a very vague memory of Cesc not celebrating a goal or a win.
Couldn't believe that Giroud stopped in that situation. Maybe he thought he'd get sent off like RVP in the European Cup quarters a few years ago against Barca? Then again only Barca and Real get looked after by the refs like that though-not Cardiff.

How lucky are Man U not to be 3-0 down at half time? Spurs should have made it 2-0 but stuff up an easy chance then 30 seconds later Rooney scores to make it 1 all. Then the penalty wasn't paid against Evra.

That's up there with the worst red cards I've ever seen. I consider it worse than Cahill's and Kewell's in the World Cup.
How's Liverpool going? Does Brendan Rogers still have a portrait of himself hanging in his hallway?
Pretty poor effort to lose to the Tigers.
Speaking of Hull - their arrogant owner (Assem Allam) is basically telling those that don't support the name change who have been carrying banners "City till we die" to "die as soon as they want". Self-righteous wanker.
