It would be hard for him to come to Melbourne knowing that he is stuck behind Tim. At best you might get 2 years from him and we should be looking at someone who might be able to grow into a more senior role with us.

I don't mind if we take a chance on someone like Bryn Teakle as a back-up.

I like Teakle. He can’t play at all but he’s unbelievably handsome which I personally think is a perfectly valid use of our last list spot.
