Cody Raak seems to have disappeared, unless we are hiding him. He did break his arm in 2019

For those who don't know him:

    Cody Raak
    Western Jets/Vic Metro
    8/10/2002 | 191cm | 77kg

While he might fall just under the genuine key position quota at 191cm, the Western Bulldogs NGA hopeful is one who plays the defensive role well. Having already turned out 11 times at NAB League level for the Western Jets, Raak is one of the more seasoned members of his region and provides a good deal of versatility to the potential Vic Metro back six. Raak is able to read the play well across the backline and intercept aerially, while also using the ball soundly when in possession and notching up a solid amount of disposals. He is working on his strength and one-on-one craft, but looms as an exciting third tall type going forward.
There are only 24 Vic metro players testing so he just may not quite be rated highly enough, doesn't mean he's not a promising prospect or we won't take him.

Are we actually expecting Raak to be picked up?

I am, he should slide to a rookie pick with no bids. Would have been the type of kid that needed to play u18s this year to get properly noticed if he wasn't NGA. I do love the idea of Jets boys getting to the Kennel. No logic, just nostalgia.

Will that allow us to add him as a category B rookie and therefore not be impacted by the reduced list size (like we could have done with Khamis but didn't for some reason)?

                    Under the old rules, yes.
The AFL still haven't announced list size composition of how Cat B will work next year. TBH I'd be comfortable if we added him to the main list, rookie list would be a bonus for us.

True but I have read category B rookies will still likely be a thing. Really they have to as some other clubs have multiple cat Bs and would be forced into mass delistings if they were removed along with smaller lists.

Sheesh, 194cm and he runs a sub-2.9s 20m sprint? Insane.

Pies have done well to keep the hype down on McInnes. Will be an absolute jet.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Just a note, it will only make a small difference but there was a significant tail wind during the sprints, so officially the times don't count but at least you can still see relative times between them.

If somehow we got pick #2 and the Crows do not bid on JUH, who would you pick?
The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.
