Sam Fisher won the Sandover Medal in the WAFL. Fisher averaged 26.5 possessions during the season and polled votes in six of a possible eight games.
Only 22 years old, coming off VFL team of the year in 2019 where he finished runner up in the Northern Blues B&F in 2019 & 2018.
I don't know much about him besides him being a ball magnet with a good left foot but it's a pretty impressive resume and given the success of Tim Kelly & Liam Ryan recently, perhaps we shouldn't be overlooking standout mature talent in the WAFL?
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Perfect age fit for us , but where would he play ?
Haha don’t get me wrong I love ya mate but I think it might be your last year, get Sam in and he learns off you, then rest up on your couch enjoying retirement in your mansion you bought over the years.
If looking at mature ages, James Rowe (son of Stephen Rowe) has kicked about 50 goals as a small forward in the SANFL this year, freakish ability to get the ball and kick a goal
The stand out ruckman is Paul Hunter, was crows listed for a few years and was meant to play VFL this year but has been with South Adelaide.
from Glenelg Callum Park on the wing has improved a hell of a lot this season, superior skills and cool as a cucumber but dreadfully skinny
Stand out defender Luke Parkes, will spend all day marking, punching and intercepting but kicking can be a bit sketchy

That’s a hell of a season especially in light of the restrictions. How mature are we talking here?
- I'm a visionary - Only here to confirm my biases -
I just looked at his SANFL profile and he doesn’t exactly pass the getting off the bus test, but 50 goals is 50 goals. Is he likely to get picked up?
There's a video of his four goals from one game at the start of this article, only footage I could find.
He doesn't look super fit, but has a bit of pace and good goal sense. The perfect late/rookie pick to give them a chance in a professional setting. Do we think he wants to play AFL, or is he content with SANFL?

He did place second in the Yoyo at the SA combine last year, running a 21.3 and he was just outdone by Luke Beecken who ran a 21.5.
Also:
"Mature-agers Rowe, Tom Hutchesson (Adelaide), Cole Gerloff (Norwood) and Brad Close (Glenelg) all tested well to put their names into the top five in various categories."
Does he have a bit of Stringer/Cooney about him? Maybe all of his profile pictures were shot after an isolation period?
