Yeah I totally agree. Needs to be SOME draft cost to the club. Lynch walking to the best team in the comp for nothing stinks. And people complain about us getting Jamara.

Say it was Tom Lynch wanting to go from Gold Coast to Richmond - he nominates Richmond, then just like father-son any club can nominate him in the draft and then Tigers have to match the points.

        Anyone seen Sam Darcy play?

In a draft that is constantly compromised surely the least contentious is the father-sun rule. To think that a Daicos or a Moore would run out in anything other than black and white is sacrilige. Similarly, to have a SOS running out at any other team just makes you want to weep. Could you imagine if James Hird's kid or Dustin Fletcher's kid ran out in Carlton or Collingwood colours. All clubs have access to father-son picks. Sometimes they are a bust (Kellet, Libba, Beasley, Romero, A Cordy, Round), other times they are guns (LIbba, Hunter), more often they are just serviceable players who will become trade bait later in their careers (Wallis, Cordy (maybe)). By all means f*ck with the NGA (which was a sh*t decision in the first place). Fix the stupidity of the free agency system and the inequity in bumping teams that have absolutely nothing to do with the trade down the order. Leave the father-sun rule alone. Nostalgia has a place.

Raak is 192cm, not KPD height at AFL level unless he has a growth spurt.
Darcy has played CHB at u18 level, ruck/forward at school level.

Correct. Just highlighting we again have two priority access players on Twomey’s list, best 22. Twomey put them in those positions, tweet him!

Nas Wanganeen is playing reserves for Glenelg, isnt dominating (yet) but some of the things he does are very smooth/clever
Hugh Stagg gets the 2021 T&T "will be a gun" award. Good size on baller, good height, can kick a goal, oozes confidence on teh field.

He's definitely rising up the rankings with draft watchers.

We might just have to plan for 2022.
Sam Darcy may wipe our draft points out before we even consider Raak and MacPherson.
