    Re: MLB post season

Very strange watching 2 long time National League rivals playing each other in the World Series.
    Footscray member since 1980.

      Re: MLB post season

Amazing to think the Astros lost over 100 games for 3 years , including going 51 and 111!
Basically drafted and added some veterans this season . Verlander a massive 11th hour trade.
Players hit for power now , and not much working the count. Nobody steals bases nowdays either .
There would be some happy folk in the Bay Area with the much hated Dodgers getting beaten

That was a classic World Series wasn't it? Right down to the seventh game.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Champions. What a game 6, just stomped them.

Good on em. I just didn’t want to see those cheating Astros win.

Fried was very good today, surprised he didn’t go deeper after only 74 pitches.

Soler for one year of (a very good) Wade Davis doesn’t look so great in hindsight Chicago…
