I think I read today that NBA players can be fined $1mil if they talk to someone at their club other than a player. Irrespective of circumstances its a sad state of affairs.

More amusingly, their coaches have apparently been told they are allowed to follow their players on Twitter, but they can't retweet their messages.
World's gone mad.
On a side note: After watching some highlights today, (and I never thought I'd say this), but I'm looking forward to watching some Timberwolves games this year. With players like Love, Beasley, Barea and the two rookies Williams and Rubio, the highlights should be flowing this season for Minnesota..............well maybe a close second to the Clippers who have the Paul & Griffin show?
Thought I'd give this thread a touch since the NBA finals are kicking off tomorow.
I'm not really over the Celtics loss yet but considering how far they got without Jermain O'neal and Jeff Green, it's not a bad effort.
My thoughts are with the cities of Cleavland and Seattle, both would have the sh$ts with this years finals.
Well I didn't see any of the ECF/WCF but wondering if the Spurs (and Celtics for that matter) were just running out of legs as the playoffs got deeper? OKC are a very young runnin' gunnin' side.
A mate was telling me how Ice Kevin Durant has been in the playoffs. Not showing off after dunks etc. For that reson (and being so young) I hope they take it out this year. Will still spare some thoughts for Seattle if that happens though.
Resurrecting this thread - who's been watching? I haven't watched a lot of NBA in my time but I have adopted the LA Clippers. Watched a stream of the thrashing they gave GSW today, CP3 was unfreakingbelieveable!
It was the Seattle Sonics but they were taken away from me. I can't follow any other team now and the NBA just doesn't seem the same anymore.
Buckle up G-Mo, Isn't there a rumor that a Seattle based business is looking to buy the Sacramento kings?
I know it aint the Supersonics, but back it the Rainy City never the less.
