We are putting in a £38m bid for him. Will see what happens.

Moyes has said that Rooney could start with us against you guys despite his determination for force a move to you guys.

Thiago, Fabregas, Baines, Fellaini, Mata now Ozil, they really seem to be struggling to sign a target which is strange for United. But still a week to go and we all now what happens towards the end of the window.

Plus Rooneys not going anywhere IMO and shouldn't be starting in front of RVP and Kagawa.

Overlooking my strong allegiance to Arsenal, if I were United I would be dangling Rooney in front of Arsenal and asking they pay top dollar for him. He's the answer to Arsene's dreams and the ball is firmly in United's court. It seems like smart business to me.

It's a game that United cant really lose
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

The problem is they want to replace him first, but can't land the fish.

Plus are Arsenal going to pay £200-250 a week in wages?

So you reckon chef ultimately Moyes will keep Rooney with us and not go anywhere despite the strong rumours he could be on his way out.

If that's the case then Moyes and Rooney will have huge bridges to mend.

Latest: Real Madrid willing to sell Ozil to us.

We and Arsenal also rumoured to be going for Real Madrid winger Angel Di Maria (Source: Marca)

I have a very credible rumour.

                      West Brom won't sign anyone!

Anelka walks out on West Brom after only playing one game and wants to quit football. Apparently one of his agents died and he was distraught as you would expect.

Arsenal have said they are willing to pay players outside of the rigid pay structure they have had in the past but who knows if that's just blarney like most of what they have said in this window. On the other hand we have moved on some players who were little better than squad players and who were drawing salaries that wasnt commensurate with their output on the park so we may have some more money to spend on wages.

Eto'o to be announced next week as well as Willian from Anzi(fire sale), fee around two million(one year deal) as we have given up on Rooney apparently this summer.

                            Would love this.

Apparently Rooney is for sale this summer for any team................as long as they aren't English.

Wayne and Jose happy to be patient for another 6-12 months and try again.
