                Collingwood are apparently keen on getting him. You can see the talent he has but I wonder if any team might get the best out of him.

                                        It's been one of the biggest challenges for clubs to get talented players reaching their potential. It's not a one size fits all approach and I think clubs just run out of time and patience with some players.

                                        There must be a way for clubs to get more of the talented players they recruit a bit closer to reaching their potential.
