Majak is an interesting one. His knowledge of the game has improved (where to run to, etc..) in his time in the AFL system, and he does seem a cut above VFL level. I just don't think his rate of improvement has been quick enough - it is certainly slower than Redpath's, who still has question marks about making it long-term at this level. That means he still goes for long spells in AFL matches without impacting at all. He has also played at probably the worst club for him in terms of being behind so many others on Norf's list in the ruck/forward area - he probably would have played 50 games at another club with less depth in their ruck stocks. He'd certainly increase our membership but about 2,000 just with his extended family
