Yep the proof is in past results. Loving the optismism here but it's through red, white and blue glasses. No idea where its coming from though.

I'm not convinced we win this week.

I was optimistic before the last 2 losses but they were disheartening to the point where when we come under pressure again it’s hard to see us standing up.

I don't get the negativity, well I do from one or two sad sacks, so to me it's evident too the club that Bevo was good enough.
He deserved an answer no later than this and I'm okay with it.

I suppose when you go from bad to worse ie liberals to nationals everything else is rosy.

Last night I sat in the AFL Reserve on level one (note to self, wear a cap next time, the lights are awful) and I was close to the fence and where the banner was. After the players ran through, Bevo and the coaching team were walking along the fence to get to the coaches box. Bevo made sure he went past the supporters who lined up at the banner to thank them, take a few photos. He also shook hands with a few supporters going up the aisle to the box.
It was good to see the coach thanking supporters.

after the Dees loss to Port today I recon they would have thrown the kitchen sink at getting Bevo across

Wishing Bevo well. He will always be a legend of the club for the 2016 premiership.

He has done really well this season considering at the start of the season we copped those injuries from pre-season.

He seems much more relaxed this season than he was before in the coaches box which is really good to see.

Soft cap changes may breathe some life into him again as well. The expanding cap and percentage paid outside the cap for senior coaches might allow for us to bring in an opposition analyst, another senior coach etc
