Re: Father/Son Watch
And another week in the bests after the break. That?s 7 of his 8 games in the bests, as a year 10 playing against mainly/mostly year 12 players this year after finishing last year as an All Australian.
Going to cost us a bomb. But who cares based on his junior record as a gun midfielder.
Let?s just assume he’s going to need a LOT of draft points!Rocket Science: the epitaph for the Beveridge era - whenever it ends - reading 'Here lies a team that could beat anyone on its day, but seldom did when it mattered most'. 15/7/2023Comment

The other factor of going too early is always the threat of Father and Son being revoked.More of an In Bruges guy?Comment

They’ll keep the FS, but I reckon they’ll remove the discount entirely and almost altogether to make us pay more like market value. Which I don’t really have a problem with.Rocket Science: the epitaph for the Beveridge era - whenever it ends - reading 'Here lies a team that could beat anyone on its day, but seldom did when it mattered most'. 15/7/2023Comment

Re: Father/Son Watch
With future trading going out to two years, as reported, I think now. For instance, say Baz with Geelong’s first this year and a F1 for handing back an F2. It might be getting the F1 in 2026 for West & Cooney and perhaps giving up the F2 next year. Or similar. Depends on when the AFEL finally tell everyone how they’re changing things.

There’s some word there will be tweaks to FS too. Possibly some change in the discount.Rocket Science: the epitaph for the Beveridge era - whenever it ends - reading 'Here lies a team that could beat anyone on its day, but seldom did when it mattered most'. 15/7/2023Comment
