    Re: 2023 Draft Watch

Weird we hedge our bets! Psyops?

Usually we wait until the pick and say we only ever wanted him and only him. Maybe we will do it still.

Think Milesi is on gettable shortly.

            Milesi:

We saw 6-7 as the very top end this year
Why we wanted to trade up, happy with any 6-7
Still live trading possible ahead of us impacting who gets to us
Possibly out of a couple of players
            Loves Sanders
Croft’s 18 months exciting, great runner, very competitive with the red mist about him on field, can play multiple roles
No one internally complains about having too many good KPP’s
No one rung us to tell us when they’re bidding. Maybe around 15.
            Referenced other academy bids…
Asked about Shaun Mannagh. Hopes some club, maybe us, takes him. Wrapt to have him.
Loves Lual. Hope he slips passed 40.
Happy with Buss development this year after the shoulder injury. Expect good things next year

                    Re: 2023 Draft Watch

I don't mind ready Ryan Daniels thoughts on the draft

                    Still uncertainty surrounding Daniel Curtin.

Nth weighing up Duursma or Curtin
Hawthorn still a chance at 4
Melbourne entertaining the chase of GWS' pick 7
West Coast will offer future 1st for pick 7
                    Adelaide looking to move up.
Essendon would do backflips if he fell to 9.

Be warned, if Essendon of all teams pick Lual at #36 I'm going to go all Tonya Harding on some of their rucks.

Have we discussed Zane Duursma like we should have? There is a decent chance he could still be on the board at our pick

                              It's an interesting one.

He looks insanely good. His goal sense is superb but can he go into the midfield?

Long term I think Sanders is the best bet.... I think.

                              It's such an interesting draft.

Like the way he uses his body against taller opponents though.
