So this is one for everyone here who knows I'm a Pulp fan. It's one of their most famous tunes, met with an extended and live version.

The Schweinsteigers in the crowd kind of get lost when Pulp release the extended version plus and do their thing. It's amazing.

These guys are better than any of the other big four in Brit pop, by a *!*!*!*!ing stretch.

Now - Talking Heads Psycho Killer just re-popped into the repertoire these past few weeks. What a tune. It literally has everything you want from a disaffected outfit. Enjoy...…..and yes, it does put me in a good mood.

Psycho Killer is my brain's go to song. I think its the beat, but I often find myself singing it.

Hacve you heard the Bad Seeds (everyone here must know that I am a obsessive Nick Cave fan by now) version of Disco 2000? It's better than Pulps.

Highly debateable......what am I saying, without debate not as good as Pulp's version! But I'm a fanboy, and I just haven't taken to Nick Cave as much as others have but acknowledge he's very good with what he does.

Now Robert Palmer was an exceptionally talented Dude, it's kind of a detriment to his overall legacy that he will be remembered mostly for one track, in this case Simply Irresistible. Now that tune actually shook the world and for good reason, it was of its time and technically sound, with a good and daring film clip to boot.

But, it's what he was kind of famous for or not famous for that really defined his talent. I've chosen Johnny and Mary as the track of choice for the purpose of this thread, but I could have easily put in Addicted to Love, Looking for Clues (seriously check this tune out) or She Makes My Day.

Like Laura Branigan who also died too soon, Robert Palmer is a hero of my childhood and severely underrated.
