        I love both occupying regimes.

Big fan of the Japanese Kempetai guy and also the Obenfurhrer of New York. Both hard men.

Love the way the senior Nazis are still alive and in power - have you met Himmler yet?

        Wasn't it great?

So many shows give you a terrific journey with a shit destination, but the Americans was great all the way through to a really authentic, satisfying ending.

Haven't come to Himmler yet. Agree on OF John Smith & Chief Inspector Kido. These two actors in particular do a great job with the characters.

It's a slow burn with a couple of very frustrating characters but I've enjoyed it so far

Starting watching the 6 part series on BBC, The Capture. Excellent thriller about CCTV being doctored to make a situation look worse than it is.

Do you guys watch Mystery Diners? I love Charles and the totally non made up annoyed customers of the restaurants he films. I hadn't watched it for ages but I was channel surfing and found it on SBS.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Haven't watched it I am afraid. Maybe give it a go over summer.

Just finished two seasons of Succession. Loosely based on the Murdoch Empire, great show

Re: What are you watching at the moment

UK series Utopia (nothing like the local Utopia). Very relevant now given the novel coronavirus from Wuhan.

Great plot, but I have found it is not for every one. Very violent.

The plot centres around a graphic novel called The Utopia Experiments. It is rumoured to have predicted some disastrous epidemics (like BSE) in the past. There is an unpublished sequel which contains even more pertinent information for the survival of humankind. Various groups and people want this manuscript, some to find out the hidden truths in it, others to cover up conspiracies and secret identities.

On their search for the manuscript, two hitmen kill anyone who is in their way, children and adults alike, always also asking "Where is Jessica Hyde?".....

Also terrific design and look.Very innovative.

This is a good video essay about it, but not for you if you cannot handle violence. Also some spoilers.

The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.
