Amazing how the cycling authorities turned a blind eye to how rotten their sport was.

I'm not sure how to describe Lance, he certainly is a piece of work.
I started watching it but decided 30 minutes in to press record, can't stand the ads.

It seemed everyone was doping back then, but gee they gave the sport such a bad name. I can't stand Lance, drug cheat or not I don't think he is a nice person.

I only remembered it was on well after it started so streamed it and fast forwarded the ads.

It's fairly clear he was/is a horrible person, did whatever it took for success and didn't care who he bullied and hurt in order to get there.

His story was a compelling one back in his day but I recall purchasing one of his books just before the noise level really cranked up the cheating across the sport and him in particular. Months later I gave the book to one of the OP shops

It's hard to work out exactly why someone did what he did but you would have to conclude there was a high level of narcissism and evilness in his actions. His defiance and they way he bullied others to maintain the lie speak volumes for the type of person he is

        I won't be watching him

There wouldn't be much to watch on TV if they only made shows about nice people.

Kingsville was a really good school. Except for a couple of incidents with crazy teachers (but they were everywhere) I loved my time there and went to a reunion/centenary celebration a couple of years ago. It was awesome catching up with people I last saw in 1975. Lots of fun stories got told.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Had forgotten about the Lance Armstrong doco. Is it on Netflix or only ESPN?

I've watched a variety of different shows lately. Amazon Prime actually has some solid content, thought "Little Fires Everywhere" was OK and I'm halfway through Season 2 of "The Purge".

Ha ha. Not quite. Just to set the record straight 1963 and 64 sounds about right Bad.

Mum was born in 1940 so must have been there in @ 46-51 I guess? I've asked her but she only says "I don't know. I've got more important things to worry about"

I was doing the school pickup one afternoon and while I was waiting I found a picture of the class of 1900 and something, 1908 maybe? Anyway I took a shot of it with my phone and showed mum who managed to identify her mum (born in 1900) among all the faces from a hand me down hat or item of clothing she had been given almost 40 years later! They knew how to mend stuff back then.

It was a great school in it's day and closely related to the best footy club going around too. Probably still a great school.
