I loved GOT, great series.

You're entitled to the first point, you're wrong about the second. On this topic I am like bornadog when anyone says anything critical of the Bulldogs. Immovable.

It was a great series until the end of season 5, then a spiralling turd before culminating in a dumpster fire that was so bad it actually made me wish it had never been made at all.

My favourite part was when the guy they repeatedly said couldn't be king became king.

I just respect anyone who knows what a shit storm it became pressing on to actually watch it.

I came close to chucking it in well before season five, actually. And then figured I was too far gone to pull the pin after I got through season six.

Having said that, I got so tired of the same bullshit over and over when reading the book Gomorrah that I threw the book across the room with about thirty pages left to go and never picked it up again. But that was about fifteen years ago and I may have matured since.

Yesterday I watched Footscray Fightback, then the 2016 Preliminary final and Grand Final. Started with tears ended with cheers.

Kayo are doing a top 10 GF countdown and I just watched the 2009 GF. If next week is as tense as that, I may vomit.

I watched season three of Westworld. It gets potted a bit but I'm a sucker for high quality production sci-fi, and it delivered in spades. Also I think conceptually it's gone a bit too heavy for a lot of people who don't actually like to believe they live a meaningless life and don't/ can't exercise free will mildly or to any extent, and that really impacts the way they view the show.

But, it did go up it's own butt a bit as well.

Up to season two, episode eight of The Wire. People say this is the least interesting series of the lot, but honestly, it's logistics focused and I'm creaming myself over it because there are literally no TV shows that focus on logistics which is my industry.....! Now I know how EW feels when he watches Backdraft.

I’m not watching a replay of the 2021 GF, that’s for sure.

A sat and binge-watched Squid Game on Netflix. I enjoyed it. Nothing too in depth that you are hanging on every word, but a good storyline and a bit of action with a bit of a twist thrown in.

A sat and binge-watched Squid Game on Netflix. I enjoyed it. Nothing too in depth that you are hanging on every word, but a good storyline and a bit of action with a bit of a twist thrown in.

I recently enjoyed Clickbait, filmed in Melbourne, it was little slow but had a couple of good twists.
